Position Summary    

The Administrative Services Clerk performs a variety of clerical duties to include data entry, faxing, mail processing and support to the contact center.


Essential Duties    

  1. Records correspondence from multiple sources in a master tracking spreadsheet.
  2. Collates and sends mail to patients following HIPAA guidelines.  Researches returned mail.
  3. Scans outside documents into patient medical records or transfers to Medical Records.
  4. Sets up and maintains filing systems.
  5. Stocks supplies and communicates when supplies are needed to assure uninterrupted services.

Minimum Qualifications


Education    

High School Diploma or equivalent required


Work Experience    

A minimum of six months clerical experience required. Experience in a hospital or medical office preferred.
