In addition to being part of our nationally recognized hospital team, our Health and Wellness Call Center team makes a difference through phone coaching sessions, assessments, evaluations, support and motivation to our program participants in order to achieve and maintain optimal health status with the Tobacco Cessation Program. 

  • Call Center Environment
  • Full time 40 hour per week positions available (Varied Shifts)
  • Shifts are available 7 days a week
  • Hours will vary for position.  Shifts will be 8.5 hours long between 5:00am-11:00pm* Multiple positions available
  • Employment requires scheduled paid training Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
  • After first three weeks shifts will vary

Health and Wellness Call Center Coach Applicants must possess the following skills/experience/education:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Professional demeanor and strong client focus, while working with both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to personalize, articulate and convey information/education (via phone) based on established protocols.
  • Work independently, problem solve and multi-task.

 

Customer Service Call Center Representative Applicants must possess the following skills/experience/education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must pass one exam at the end of training with a minimum score of 85%.
  • Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Effective verbal, written communication and problem solving skills. 
  • Experience handling inbound, outbound phone calls, fax referrals, web inquiries and ensure all contacts are appropriately documented.
