This position supports the completion of various projects within Advanced Diagnostics (ADx) under the direction of the Associate Executive Director. Responsible for monitoring projects for GxP, clinical, and non-clinical testing studies for Advanced Diagnostics (ADx) labs.
- Develops project timelines to the detail of study tasks for the purpose of scheduling visibility and completion according to contractual obligation in collaboration with the client, account manager, supervisors, or laboratory leads through the designate project tracking tools, such as SmartSheet.
- In collaboration with the laboratory directors, supervisors and staff, following contract and testing requirements, develop schedules for pre-analytical specialists, laboratory personnel, coordinators to perform required assays and tasks, from sample receipt, processing, test analyses and reporting. Maintains real-time status of study progress and results through completion.
- Partners with the client and pre-analytical ADx team to ensure samples are received, reconciled, and ordered per client agreement and ensures documentation of elements for client.
- Collates data associated with projects, communicates results and issues to those involved with ongoing projects.
- Works directly with external clients and collaborators to answer questions regarding available procedures and resolution of problems or complaints.
- Communicates and collaborates with clients per client expectations to offer unparalleled project management and customer service.
- Responsible for mapping out and tracking the development of high complexity tests that are authorized by Laboratory Directors.
- Identifies opportunities for optimized project process flows and ensures improvements are executed.
- Interfaces as a hands-on associate project manager by helping complete tasks in collaboration with the laboratories, pre-analytical, billing, and the client.

Supervisory or Managerial Responsibility
Limited travel may be required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field required. Master’s degree in a scientific field is preferred.
A minimum of two (2) years of recent and related experience is required.
Special Training, Certification or Licensure
PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
