In addition to being part of our nationally recognized hospital team, our Health and Wellness Call Center team makes a difference through phone coaching sessions, assessments, evaluations, support and motivation to our program participants in order to achieve and maintain optimal health status with the Tobacco Cessation Program. 

  • Paid training begins Monday, March 02, 2020.  After training shifts will vary
  • Full time 40 hour per week positions available for the below shifts starting between:
    • 5:00 AM - 7:30 AM
    • 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM
    • 12:00 PM - 2:30 PM
  • Shifts are available 7 days a week
  • Employment requires scheduled paid training Monday – Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
  • Call Center Environment
  • Team members who are bilingual speaking both English & Spanish earch $1.00 / hr (after successful assessment)

Health and Wellness Call Center Coach Applicants must possess the following skills/experience/education:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Professional demeanor and strong client focus, while working with both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to personalize, articulate and convey information/education (via phone) based on established protocols.
  • Work independently, problem solve and multi-task.

Customer Service Call Center Representative Applicants must possess the following skills/experience/education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Effective verbal, written communication and problem solving skills. 
  • Experience handling inbound, outbound phone calls, fax referrals, web inquiries and ensure all contacts are appropriately documented.
